Its application is the extension of an 4-wire strain gauge amplifier into a 6-wire technique to improve its accuracy. The output voltage is in two steps, via Di-switch, selectable and, if required, can be adjusted via a 20-turn spindle potentiometer. The maximum output current is 100mA. Therefore bridges with a resistance >120Ohm can be used. Because of the used 4-wire technique, the arising voltage drop of the connecting line is controlled.
