With this series frequencies from 1Hz up to 10kHz (15 measurement ranges adjustable) can be converted into analog signals from 0...10V resp. 0/4...20mA . The frequency / analog - converters are working according to the priciple of the pulse-width- measurement and therefore are providing a valid measurement signal after two signal periods only. Additional the FW3 is eqipped with an integrated limit switch. Therefore, these modules are particularly suitable for signal processing in flow meters.Datasheet

If a signal with 90° phase shifted pulses is connected, in case of direction of rotation change the polarity of the analog signal will be changed and an optocoupler output will be active. So, it is possible to generate an analog tachometer signal from a digital encoder.Datasheet

PWM square wave signals with frequencies of PWM 20Hz to 2kHz into norm signals 0...10V or 0/4...20mA.
The mark-to-space ratio in the range of 3…97% and 20…80% is adjustable via potentiometer or rotary
switch.
The limits of the PWM signal as well as the input frequency are monitored, in case of a deviation it is
signaled via a fault signal output and an LED (H3) in the front panel.
The nominal input level is 24V, the PWM signal form is limited to square wave pulses.
Via control input „ENABLE „the function of the device is enabled. In closed condition the analog output and
the fault signal output is set to “0”.
Via Dip-switch S2 the analog output is switched to usual norm signals 0...10V and 0/4...20mA. The LED´s H1
and H2 are signaling the state of the input frequency or enable input.Datasheet

0/2...10V, 0/1...5V into a proportional PWM signal with frequencies from 10 Hz to 5 kHz and pulse-pause
ratios from 0...100% to 30...70%. The measuring range can be configured by the user, via DIP switches
(according to table). An optocoupler output and a red LED on the front of the housing indicate when the
measuring range is exceeded or undershot. A yellow LED indicates that the module is ready for operation.
To activate the configuration via the integrated USB interface, all dip switches must be set to "off".
Furthermore the LEG parameterization software "LEGset" and a USB cable (Micro USB) are required, an
additional adapter is NOT necessary.Datasheet
