The devices of the Direction Switch of the series DU1 have been developed for switching small 24V DC-motors in their rotation. With two control inputs the user is able to switch from left to right rotation. An adjustable over current shut down protects the engine for overload and can be used to switch of in end position. If one of both control inputs is switched-on, the motor is running in the appropriate direction. Only after taking off of the control signal or reaching the adjusted current limit the motor is switching off. If the motor shuts down because of an over current situation, it still remains off until the user sets the left or right signal again. If the motor is in off-state it is hold in a short circuit mode via the controller, this makes short flow times possible. | | |
